Data-Tech offers a variety of on-site service options. Customers can select time and material billing or contract options such as four-hour response, eight-hour next business day response (standard) or 24 hour by 7 day per week coverage.

Diagnosis, Repair and Parts. Data-Tech technicians will diagnose the hardware problem, correct it, and return the system to operational status. All necessary parts and materials will be provided.
Support Escalation Plan. Your program will include an escalation plan of action to be followed in the event of a complex failure
Annual On-Site Service Contract
Annual service contracts are crucial for businesses where equipment is mission critical. Because these contracts include parts and labour (with the exception of printheads) at a fixed rate, you can avoid costly expenses associated with unforeseen repairs.
